These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 6sxi platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and all gaming activity. Please read them carefully before using the service. By creating an account or placing a bet on 6sxi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 6sxi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses or uses the 6sxi website located at https://6sxi.app, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications (collectively, "the Service").
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Service;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
- All information you have provided to 6sxi is accurate, complete, and up to date;
- You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
6sxi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. The governing language for all correspondence, dispute resolution, and legal interpretation relating to this agreement is English.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
2 Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility
The 6sxi platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. It is a strict condition of registration that you do not fall into any of the following categories:
- Persons under the age of 18;
- Persons who have previously been self-excluded from 6sxi or any other gambling platform and whose exclusion period has not expired;
- Employees of 6sxi or its affiliated companies, or immediate family members of such employees;
- Persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
2.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 6sxi. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts. If you discover that duplicate accounts have been created in your name without your knowledge, you must notify 6sxi immediately at [email protected].
2.3 Registration Information
When creating an account, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must not use false identities, pseudonyms, or another person's information during registration. 6sxi reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration at any time.
2.4 Account Verification (KYC)
6sxi operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, 6sxi may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days);
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or photograph of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used).
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account. 6sxi will not process withdrawals to payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
2.5 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 6sxi will never ask for your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 6sxi immediately and change your password without delay. 6sxi accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
6sxi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay;
- Bank Transfers: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank;
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank restrictions).
All transactions on 6sxi are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 6sxi does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which 6sxi has no control.
3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
- Minimum deposit: ৳500
- Maximum deposit per transaction: ৳500,000 (subject to review for VIP players)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Maximum withdrawal per day: ৳200,000 (standard accounts)
6sxi reserves the right to review and adjust transaction limits at its discretion and may apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large or unusual transaction patterns.
3.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's 6sxi account within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
3.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad) are typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. 6sxi processes withdrawal requests Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day, including public holidays in Bangladesh.
3.5 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the 6sxi account holder. 6sxi will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Where bonus funds have been credited to an account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before the corresponding bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Deposits that have not been wagered at least once on a real-money game before a withdrawal request is submitted may be subject to an administrative review.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Terms
6sxi offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and the IPL. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates.
4.2 Welcome Bonus
New players on 6sxi may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit to activate the welcome bonus is ৳500, made via bKash or Nagad. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement which must be completed within the specified bonus validity period. Full welcome bonus terms are displayed on the promotions page at the time of deposit. 6sxi reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer without prior notice.
4.3 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. Unless stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms:
- Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount);
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage;
- The maximum bet permitted while a wagering requirement is active is ৳500 per round or spin unless otherwise specified;
- Wagering with bonus funds on restricted games does not count towards wagering requirements.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
6sxi actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, low-risk betting patterns designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine play, coordinated multi-account activity targeting promotional offers, and deposit/withdrawal cycling. Where bonus abuse is identified, 6sxi reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, close the relevant account(s), and withhold the account balance pending investigation.
4.5 Promotional Offers for Bangladesh
6sxi periodically runs Bangladesh-specific promotions aligned with national events, sporting calendars (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), and cultural occasions (Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day on 16 December, Independence Day on 26 March). These promotions are communicated via the platform, and each promotion carries its own set of terms that apply in addition to these general bonus terms. Players are responsible for reading the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.
5 User Obligations
By using the 6sxi Service, you agree to at all times:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and current information to 6sxi and update your account information promptly if it changes;
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account access with any other person;
- Use the Service for personal, recreational purposes only and not for any commercial or professional gambling operation;
- Accept that the outcome of games is determined by certified RNG technology or live dealer mechanics and that 6sxi has no ability to influence outcomes in your favour or against you;
- Acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred while using the Service;
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling;
- Use responsible gaming tools proactively if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic — visit the Responsible Gaming page for available tools;
- Not attempt to use the Service while self-excluded, or assist another self-excluded person in accessing the Service.
6 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 6sxi platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fraudulent payment method;
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of gaining additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer environments;
- Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage in any game or during any betting activity;
- Hacking or System Interference: Attempting to access any part of the 6sxi platform infrastructure without authorisation, introducing malware, or interfering with the normal operation of the Service;
- Money Laundering: Using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity or to conceal the origin of funds;
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment chargeback or reversal via a bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform;
- Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 18.
6sxi reserves the right to investigate any account at any time where prohibited conduct is suspected and to take any action it deems appropriate, including account closure and legal action.
7 Account Closure
7.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your 6sxi account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to a verified payment method in your name. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
7.2 Closure by 6sxi
6sxi reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
- A player has been found to have violated these Terms;
- A player has engaged in or is suspected of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6;
- A player has failed to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
- 6sxi is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or regulatory instruction;
- A player's account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).
7.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to stop gambling for a period of time may activate self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in account settings, or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options include a cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) and permanent self-exclusion. Once permanent self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed. 7.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login or real-money transaction has occurred within any 12-consecutive-month period. 6sxi will send email notification prior to applying a dormant account fee. A monthly administrative fee may be applied to dormant account balances after the applicable notice period. 6sxi will take reasonable steps to return remaining balances to verified account holders upon request even after the dormancy policy has been applied.
8 Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
6sxi endeavours to provide a continuous and reliable Service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond 6sxi's reasonable control including natural disasters, power failures, telecommunications network failures, and acts of government. 6sxi shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Service.
8.2 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection during a live bet, or technical error that results in an ambiguous or void game outcome, 6sxi reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 6sxi will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or special losses arising from a game malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.
8.3 Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6sxi's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Player Responsibility
You acknowledge and accept that:
- Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit;
- Past game outcomes do not predict future outcomes;
- You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings in your jurisdiction;
- 6sxi provides the platform and games in good faith and is not responsible for the personal financial consequences of your gambling decisions.
8.5 Intellectual Property
All content on the 6sxi platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software, and the overall layout and design — is the property of 6sxi or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 6sxi platform without express prior written consent from 6sxi.
8.6 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation should be submitted to the 6sxi support team in writing at [email protected] as the first step. 6sxi is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the player retains any statutory rights available to them under applicable consumer protection legislation.
